MOSAIC Richmond is proud to offer a three-course prix fixe dinner prepared by Executive Chef Tim Gradwell on New Year’s Eve for $49/personAdd wine tasting for each course for $30/person.
1st Course

12 Grapes toast – Grilled sourdough bread with blistered balsamic grapes
Black-eyed peas and stewed tomatoes – Slow cooked black-eyed peas layered with spiced stewed tomatoes and sausage
Skillet cornbread with shrimp sauce – House-made skillet cornbread topped with creole shrimp sauce

2nd Course

Lobster long noodle – Long rice noodles in a dashi broth with lobster and scallions
Cotechino con lenticchie – Italian sausage with stewed lentils and crispy collard greens
Crispy pork belly – with potato and apple puree, broccolini, and oyster mushrooms
Grilled Filet – with garlic crostini, braised kale, and a pomegranate demi-glace
Grilled Vegetable stack – with pecan and pumpkin seed pesto and fresh pasta

3rd course

Galette des rois with raspberry sauce
Chocolate dipped Kransekage
Apple fritters – with creme anglaise and caramel
