First Course

Second Course

  • Endive and arugula salad with marinated wild mushrooms, shaved Reggiano cheese and cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette

  • Pan seared striped bass with farro, beluga lentils, blistered tomatoes, wilted spinach and beurre rouge
