A Little History. . .

The original MOSAIC Cafe & Catering opened in 1996 in a small, former retail space in the Carytown area of Richmond, Va.  Since then, we have established a successful restaurant in Richmond and Suffolk, Virginia and a catering presence in Charleston, South Carolina. MOSAIC Restaurant’s upscale atmosphere and eclectic world cuisine is designed to provide healthy fare in a casual, full-service environment. All aspects of the design are carefully selected to work in harmony. The result, we believe, is a premium dining experience for all of our guests.

Our commitment to quality, consistency and value has created a strong foundation for growth and has facilitated our exciting expansion in recent years. Our catering and events divisions now enjoy their own production areas in Virginia and South Carolina. In Richmond, our recently completed, 20,000 square foot MOSAIC Catering + Events building combines our expert sales team, kitchen staff and warehouse crew all under one roof.
