New Year’s Eve Dinner

MOSAIC Richmond is proud to offer a four-course prix fixe dinner prepared by Executive Chef Tim Gradwell on New Year’s Eve Dinner for $50/person. FIRST COURSE

  • Shared Charcuterie plate

SECOND COURSE

Please choose one of the following:

  • Grilled asparagus with smoked salmon, poached egg, Gruyere, and truffle oil
  • Black-eyed pea and kale soup
  • Seafood crêpe sauce American, chervil, sherry gastric
  • Thick cut bacon, grit cake, cheese stuffed dates, bechamel sauce

THIRD COURSE

Please choose one of the following:

  • Roast duck with pear parsnip purée, collard greens, port wine reduction
  • Grilled pork with winter vegetables, aligot potatoes, pork demi-glace
  • Orecchiette pasta with shrimp, butternut squash, and Swiss chard
  • Petit filet with oyster stuffing, collard greens, red wine reduction
  • Cauliflower risotto with roasted mushrooms, roasted red pepper coulis

FOURTH COURSE

Please choose one of the following:

  • Nutella Tiramisu
  • Buttercake
  • Vasilopita cake
